•Add desired amount of grounds to vessel (ideal amount is 1/2 - 2/3 full).
•Remove kettle from heat source, let cool 30 seconds.
•Add just enough water to soak the grounds, wait 30 seconds to ensure proper wetting.
•Pour remaining water quickly, gently, and evenly to reach total target brew time of 2.5-4 minutes.
•Pour and enjoy!
